“Since purchasing the battery i have only used it twice due to injury . On each occasion it has failed me at the very end of 18 holes - on the way back to the car park . As this is advertised as a 27 hole battery this is somewhat worrying !! My course is long - 6 plus miles of walking and a round usually takes 5 hours - and winter conditions have meant the use of hedgehog wheels - however I would still have expected the battery to cope with that ! I have rung about this and your staff have been helpful in reminding me of the warranty on the battery and indicating that it can be returned if failing again . I will be playing again next week so watch this space!! Mike Smith”

“V pleased with the power bug. Only very slight issue is with the trolley when folded and locked. It has been difficult to unlock and probably because the attachment on the main frame has slid round and doesn't meet properly. We seem to have been able to shift it but it did lead me to panic before playing when I couldn't unfold the trolley and on 3 occasions my club pro has had to do it before a match!”

“I have been very happy with this company and bought a trolley, accessory dock and lithium battery, I was not happy with the Hedgehog wheels as instead of easing progress on muddy ground they actually caused my battery to fail. They company tested the trolley & battery finding them to be in good order gave me a refund for the wheels.”

“Have had a powerbug for around 4.5 years have had no issues with the machine itself, with the exception of some wear and tear the glass display panel got knocked off was very surprised to find this part available from the website. Once on the website I found lot's of other parts of use. I upgraded the bag straps from click and lock to the newer elastic hook version and also treated myself to new set of winter wheels. Everything was very reasonabilly priced and dispatched quickly. I saved a small fortune pimping up my old trolley as opposed to buying new. The website stocks nearly every part available to repair/upgrade the trolley very impressed”

“Had to purchase winter wheels for my Powerbug Sports which did fit correctly.A phone call was necessary at expensive time and the problem was solved in matter of days.I was offered £10 off my next purchase. I was considering part exchanging my Powerbug for the new model but I would like to know the value before purchase.Its a shame you are so far away.”
