The kit is great. Got my new Gt after waiting 4 weeks. Still waiting for my bag. Used the online message system to ask questions. Never received a reply.

I had to purchase this battery due to replacement battery which failed This battery was sent out at the end of January 2019 this was due to my battery failing after just over 2 years this one had a 3 yrs warranty

Ordered 2 units that included 3 accessories. One of the accessory was not included without any explanation. After calling customer service, it was explained that the accessory in question was backordered, never received an email or a note with the delivery. One of the unit motor is making sound noise, will contact customer service.

An incorrect e mail address logged onto our system meant that the customer did not receive the back order situation We have rectified this now and comms are flowing Happy to report that all product has been delivered and the motor is running fine!

Very satisfied with the customer service. Not so satisfied with the costs involved. Particularly the postage charge of £5 for a small envelope that stated it was less than £1 to send!

Bought trolley for my wife and it hasn’t been used too often so not too pleased that the switch which controls the power failed. I contacted and ordered a replacement which was promptly delivered and which I fitted myself. But £25 for a small switch seems a bit pricey to me. However the buggy is now working again and my wife is hapoy!!

A tad disappointed with the replacement part I had to buy recently and the instruction on how to install the part. Advised to drill out rivets holding broken part in place and install the new part with screws rather than new rivets. Problem is the drill bit diameter needed to drill out rivets is greater than the diameter of screws supplied. Had to improvise with superglue!

Hello Robert, When drilling rivets you only need to remove the heads and the rest of the rivet will simply push through the frame and can be removed from the hinge area of the trolley. A split review. The trolley is good. Everything that is claimed. But the rating is only 'acceptable' as the 48 hour claimed delivery took six days, and then only after I chased it.

Sorry about this. Looking at the delivery history we took 5 days to deliver not the 48 hours as advertised. The product was orderd and goods dispatched on the same day. Unfortunately the goods were held up in our carriers hub and they took way longer than acceptable to get to the customer. Although a carrier issue, the buck stops with us and we apologise for the delay. We understand that the customer is very happy with his purchase and we look forward to being of assistance in the future.

You could do with more photographs of your accessories to enable the customer to view more aspects of your product.This may lead to enhanced purchases.eg. one photograph of your flight-travel bag.It is described well but depicted poorly.

Everything is so expensive for average quality items. Considering these guys are not brand leaders they have a steep std. pricing policy. Their mini lithium batteries are especially so. Once you have the trolly you’re locked in.

Hello Mr Powell - Not sure what we have done to deserve a negative review from you. You purchased a Standard Lithium battery from us at £149, a fantastic value lithium battery with a very well supported warranty from a trusted brand (Just take a look at our other reviews!) This Lithium battery not only works with our trolley but many others too, and likewise with other manufacturers batteries working with our trolley, so you are in no way "Locked in". Whilst we are not quite as big of a brand as our two main competitors, we are a customer facing brand that takes pride in not only offering fantastic service to our customers at the point of sale, but also looking after them for the years that come after the initial purchase. A quick note about our Mini Lithium battery - It is priced very similar to some of the larger brands, however our battery is the smallest, lightest and the only one in the industry produced in a state of the art facility in Germany, so whilst is is generally the same price as others out there, it is a far superior product :-)

Good quick delivery But disappointed the new battery slightly larger than the old one and will not fit in the slot of the trolley unless I remove it from cover

Hello Mr Howell - We actually added another layer of insulation around the battery to help protect it from the elements on the golf course. Just give the team a call on 01753 857 838 and the team will be able to send you an updated set of inserts free of charge :-)

The parts I ordered arrived promptly and I was able to fit them to my trolley very easily, but I was disappointed that rivets which I had asked for in the chat room and was told would be thrown into the order were not in the package.

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the chat area is not connected to the main web site. We have a 'notes' section available within the on-line ordering section and encourage our customers to detail any special arraignments within that area to highlight any requests.

Good quality power bug replacement wheels Only problem one wheel has no power bug emblem on the wheel.

The part worked fine and was delivered quickly, however, I thought that £24.50 for the Digital Speed Control was very expensive. I do not think a p&p cost of £4.50 is justifiable for such a small package.

The part arrived on a timely basis but unfortunately it was not complete as no rivets or bolt included with the part as website indicates. this being a bank holiday weekend means unable to contact you but fortunately we had rivets so could complete the repair but frustrating.

I ordered a part which PowerBug thought was the problem as my Trolly would not switch off , only to fit it and still not work properly , it takes 3 presses of the button to stop it .
