I have just bought a lithium battery and two upgrade bag brackets. Delivered quickly but there is no explanation of how to get the fastening pins/bolts out. I am an engineer and have come across most fixings, the on my old power bug trolley have me totally foxed.

Hi John - I would just like to clarify your review for anybody that is reading this. The Lead Acid battery you were using failed within 12 months of purchase - A replacement has been sent free of charge under warranty.

Sorry about the delivery. Sometimes we use two carriers to deliver different parts of an order. We do this to manage costs and minimise the freight impact upon our customers.

Did the job but far to expensive for a plastic speed control nob! Plus the delivery charge.

Unfortunately we do not control freight charges, these are dictated to us by our forwarding agents. As for the component, it is not just the tooling and manufacturing cost that are considered but also stockholding, handling and packaging. To ensure parts are available to help customer who break or loose components, we have to hold extensive stocks for many years to cover any eventuality. As we run a commercial enterprise, this service can not be offered at less than cost. We are happy that your PowerBug is now serviceable and that a new trolley was not a consideration as a spare part was available and delivered efficiently.

Hi Mr Jarvis, Thank you for the feedback - I would just like to add that the old style bag supports that you upgraded recently actually stopped being produced in 2008 (A whole 8 years ago - Doesn't Time fly?!). Hoping you are enjoying the new bag supports!

Unfortunately one of the items received Was not correct, you sent an accessory dock and a Device holder was ordered ,so this experience was not the best!

Process worked well but I do think having to pay nearly £10 for a screw to hold the umbrella in its stand was extremely expensive, especially the post and packaging.

Its encouraging that you are pleased with the process. Postage costs are set by Royal Mail and we have to pass them on. They sometimes make a low cost item look expensive . Thank you for your comment, it is appreciated.

£200 lithium battery. No charging instructions. Particularly when first used.

Golf tidy a little small for Motocaddy trolley. Corner grips would enhance the item.

Wheels look great but are a pig to fit. It has taken several goes and lots of WD40 to get the wheelsnon the axles.

I bought the power but with a lithium battery about 6 months ago. Overall it is fine with decent battery life. There are a few things that are not great. 1 the umbrella holder is not great, over the winter a few times it has not survived the windy days it bends left and right and the ratchet tightening system does not secure well enough. My biggest bug bear is the speed settings. . 4 is too slow and 5 too fast, I have read that this is a fairly common gripe from owners. Surely a simple speed switch would be better so you can adjust to suit any pace. Would I purchase again having trialled it for 6 months, probably not. But that's me being critical, if you are spending decent money on an electric trolley you want to be completely happy.

Item was what I was looking for,and,is working ok,but,thought it was very expensive for what it was.The postage was also very expensive,as,it still took 3 days to get here.For that price it should have been quicker.

I received my mini lithium powered battery in good time after I ordered it but I have a problem ,it does not fit into the tray. it sticks in enough to hold it,so it's OK it does the job just looks precarious as it's almost on top of the tray. Robert Hume
