How they kept you up to date through the whole buying process. Shame the holes for the screws to hold the shaft to the frame were the wrong size.

I emailed you on the same day as I ordered my replacement drink holder and about the quality of the product and sadly have not had a reply. I am concerned that my new holder will only last a few months as the 'netting' is of such flimsy quality. Please consider using a much stronger thread/cord for the netting. Maureen Campbell

You sent the order but without the instructions so it is quite hard to workout. Because we have to move wires and then rewire everything again

Once the issue of the free bag had been sorted they order was processed very efficiently, I was just a little disappointed that the the free bag offer wasn't included when you took the offer of finance.

Sorry for the confusion. With a free finance offer, we in fact pay the interest making it interest free for our customers. As explained, this is why we can not offer free product with free finance. Our offers always advertise that they are “stand alone” and can not be mixed ie: free finance + other discounted/free products.

Price was competitive and my purchase was handled politely on Black Friday. However, no email or other confirmation of the order was received by Monday but was told that I would get it by the end of the day. When I still hadn’t received it by Wednesday I called again and was told that it was out for delivery the same day although it was the last delivery of the day at 1730hrs! I still don’t have a receipt - email or paper version - since there there wasn’t one with the delivery and no email has been sent as yet. So basically very poor communication.

Can you please contact the team to confirm your email address is correct on our records. It's also worth checking your spam folder just in case our emails have ended up in there.

I purchased 3 articles...a docking station, umbrella holder and device holder. I'm happy with the first two but find the third item not up to standard. It broke into pieces after one use...probably my own fault as I knocked it with the folding part of the trolley whilst loading it into the car. However, the design I believe is altogether too flimsy.

the bag was very nice looking with waterproof material, but unfortunately not enough pockets which is very much a shame especially when winter comes with all the extra clothing required.

When ordered I was advised the product was in stock but ultimately it turned out that it wasn't and therefore had almost a week to wait for despatch.

Spare part order for small plastic switch Postage cost charged 4.50 POUNDS , cost on envelope for postage 0.62 PENCE. Fair?Or usual British company profiteering?

Our standard rate of shipping is clearly displayed at the checkout. Orders over £50 receive free shipping. Please remember that before accusing us of "Usual British company profiteering" there are more costs involved than just the stamp. (Such as packing materials). A £4.50 standard rate of shipping is very common among e-commerce websites.

I paid for 24 hour delivery but my trolley did not arrive on day it was due. There was a problem with the couriers but that is powerbugs problem for employing those couriers. Mark at powerbug sorted it out and it arrived next day early but I have had no refund of my extra payment which I think I am entitled too.

We are sorry for the delay. Our carrier had a breakdown and could not make the delivery on the day intended. Delivery was made the next day with apologies from our carrier. The buck does stop with us and we hope that we can be of service in the future.

Payed for next day delivery on Saturday before 11am but the battery didn't turn up until Tuesday 11.30am. Didn't know that Saturday wasn't a working day otherwise I wouldn't have played the extra money.

As detailed prominently opon our web site and as explained, our operating hours do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Hollidays. The customer chose to ignore this and ended up disappointed. We hope that we can be of service in the future however please take our operating schedule into consideration when placing orders.

Good item, good price. If you can't deliver on a Saturday please do not accept extra charges for next working day when orders are placed before midday on a Fri. Apart from that pretty good.

Hello Mr Thomas, I think your 3-star review may be slightly incorrect. An order placed before mid-day on a Friday for next working day delivery (Saturday isn't a working day) means that the delivery made to yourself on Monday was in fact exactly what was promised.

The boot tidy needs to have the 3rd side (wide end part) stiffened also, since it folds while trying to put trolley in

In mid-Jan2017 I purchased trolley (GT+) plus accessories for £500. Initially PowerBug didn't have the trolley in stock. But I was happy to pay in advance for delivery mid-Mar2017. Shortly before mid-Mar I emailed to check delivery date (to ensure someone would be around to receive it). It was only then that I found out the product would not be available for a further 6 weeks - the end of April. I was given 3 options: 1. Wait for the trolley, 2. choose different trolley & get refund for the difference or 3. Cancel the order. I chose the second option. The GT trolley was delivered & the refund made - both promptly. A BugBag was missing from the delivery but was delivered the next day following a call to PowerBug. Whilst there were a couple of problem (un-notified significant delay in receiving the trolley & BugBag not delivered) I found PowerBug staff to be very approachable and very helpful and did resolve the problems extremely quickly and I would/will PowerBug again without hesitation.
