Ordered replacement battery told it would arrive between 2/5 days it arrived on the 3rd. Very efficient and easy to order.

I had replacement battery chargers, but it would have been good to have an update of guidance in usage as the product often changes since first acquired.

on contact with powerbug i was impressed with the sales person on his knowledgeof of the goods i wanted to buy. i was dealt with smoothly and efficiently and now the proud owner of the new waterproof bag together with a lithium battery and on testing both on john o guant golf course was suitabley impressed and pleased with myself for choosing the right equipment

Unfortunately one of the items received Was not correct, you sent an accessory dock and a Device holder was ordered ,so this experience was not the best!

After a phone conversation with Jimmy I was happy to pay in full for my trolley. I was offered a delivery date and as promised it arrived on the day,I was also able to track it so I new the time it was going to arrive. All very happy. Mrs S Barker

I had a fault on my brolly. When pushing the button to deploy the brolly for the first time it went up too quickly and broke the spoke cover plastic retaining grommets. On phoning Powerbug and suggestion of me sending a photo of the broken brolly, the agent agree straight away to supply a replacement. It arrived very quickly thank you and comparing it with my wife's brolly it went up about the same speed as hers, unlike my first brolly which went up so fast it nearly left my hand it seemed that the spring was way to strong.

Happy with the salesman I placed the order with but not so happy with Parcelforce. The parcel I was supposed to get yesterday according to the Parcel Tracking facility, unfortunately I stayed home all day but no parcel arrived. My whole day was wasted. Today it was finally delivered.

Process worked well but I do think having to pay nearly £10 for a screw to hold the umbrella in its stand was extremely expensive, especially the post and packaging.

Its encouraging that you are pleased with the process. Postage costs are set by Royal Mail and we have to pass them on. They sometimes make a low cost item look expensive . Thank you for your comment, it is appreciated.
