“Had my power bug for just over 2yrs and my battery decided to call it a day...phoned up power bug and they recommended a lithium battery and with the deal they gave me decided to purchase a new battery (lithium)...charged up in no time and when I used it on the course it was like a supped up model...much lighter and more power...got home put it on charge and in a couple of hrs fully charged....recommend it ..its a must.”

“I contacted PowerBug's technical team about a problem that had developed with my trolley i.e. no power when I pressed the control switch and they advised me that it was almost certain to be the BCP. I ordered one, it arrived two days later, I installed it and now the trolley is working as it should. So good advise, good delivery, good service from PowerBug.”

“Friendly, helpful service and took a part exchange trolley as part of the deal. Lack of stock on site in Eton Wick on the day I first visited them meant a second visit was necessary. Hence the rating "good" rather than "very good"”

“Controller I received the item promptly but was very disappointed with the quality. The item fit the trolley perfectly but on the final assembly task - pressing the Control Knob onto the potentiometer shaft - the unit split open. Thanks Alison Graham”
