Unfortunately we do not control freight charges, these are dictated to us by our forwarding agents. As for the component, it is not just the tooling and manufacturing cost that are considered but also stockholding, handling and packaging. To ensure parts are available to help customer who break or loose components, we have to hold extensive stocks for many years to cover any eventuality. As we run a commercial enterprise, this service can not be offered at less than cost. We are happy that your PowerBug is now serviceable and that a new trolley was not a consideration as a spare part was available and delivered efficiently.

Hi Mr Jarvis, Thank you for the feedback - I would just like to add that the old style bag supports that you upgraded recently actually stopped being produced in 2008 (A whole 8 years ago - Doesn't Time fly?!). Hoping you are enjoying the new bag supports!

“Sorry. Have to give a poor rating. My order arrived but the items were not correct. Rang up to sort out the problem and the customer service guy was very apologetic. No quibble about the issue which was great. Just waiting for the missing item. Once that arrives i'll be happy.”

Unfortunately we do not control freight charges as these are dictated to us by our forwarding agents. Charges are always advertised to customers before transaction payment is required giving customers an option to either decline the transaction or increase the value of the transaction to avoid any freight costs.

“Ordered the GT7 Lithium last Monday & it arrived less than 24 hrs later. The trolley is easily assembled & lightweight & the lithium battery is small & light, exactly as described. Used the trolley in a midweek medal the next day & I am really pleased with the performance of the trolley which easily lasted the 18 holes on the course, which is quite long & the battery still had plenty charge left. Definitely a good buy.”

“Nice bag, looks like it will be waterproof but haven't yet had opportunity to try it out. Pockets are fewer than on original powerbug bag and layout of clubs is more difficult than original. But a good bag, appears robust.”
