Unfortunately we do not control freight charges as these are dictated to us by our forwarding agents. Charges are always advertised to customers before transaction payment is required giving customers an option to either decline the transaction or increase the value of the transaction to avoid any freight costs.

“Nice bag, looks like it will be waterproof but haven't yet had opportunity to try it out. Pockets are fewer than on original powerbug bag and layout of clubs is more difficult than original. But a good bag, appears robust.”

“Happy with the salesman I placed the order with but not so happy with Parcelforce. The parcel I was supposed to get yesterday according to the Parcel Tracking facility, unfortunately I stayed home all day but no parcel arrived. My whole day was wasted. Today it was finally delivered.”

“The service you provided was good but that provided by UK Mail was very bad. Despite being here and having put a note on the door saying I was in the garden they left the parcel but the gate in the pouring rain. They did not get a signature indicating delivery of the parcel. I have complained to them but they have just put a note on the file. Perhaps you should discuss this with them and possibly review your selection of delivery agents.”

“I was pleased to have been offered a 'deal' on the new Lithium-ion battery as an existing customer who hadn't all that long ago, bought a 36-hole lead acid battery, but thought it a little less of a deal when I got a generic sales email the next day offering me the product at the same price ... it took some of the polish off. Having used the battery several times since then, I am extremely pleased with its compact size, light weight and performance.”

“I contacted PowerBug's technical team about a problem that had developed with my trolley i.e. no power when I pressed the control switch and they advised me that it was almost certain to be the BCP. I ordered one, it arrived two days later, I installed it and now the trolley is working as it should. So good advise, good delivery, good service from PowerBug.”
