“In my 70th year and my first powered trolley. Initially concerned that assembly instructions had to be downloaded, I do have a computer but not a smart phone. Compared to a trundle it is quite heavy. My golf club is very hilly but I soon learned to up the speed to help me on my way. Only one outing so far so have not braved the VRAP.”

“Very quick service, Very easy to assemble, used once so far took a bit of time to get used to the speed control, but had no problems once i remembered i didnt have to push it😂. Covered 18 holes with ease, well happy with purchase. Only gripe is the folded size is quite large and does take up a fair bit of boot space”

“Had a technical problem with my cart. I ordered a new charger as I thought the battery was not charging. However it did not solve the problem. The technical people recommended that I order a new lithium battery. Costly for me, but it solved the problem and I should get credit for the new charger that I ordered in the first place. Excellent after sales company.”

“I purchased a replacement charger, but when I connected it to the battery the unit ran very hot. I sent an email to PowerBug asking if this was normal or was the unit faulty ( and possible dangerous). They initially acknowledged receipt of my email, but over a week later I am still awaiting a reply.”

Hello Neil - I'm sorry but it appears that your email hasn't arrived this end. Chargers becoming warm whilst charging can be normal as the weather recently has been very hot, amplifying the running temperature of electrical items. In some cases a warmer than usual charger can also indicate your battery is coming to the end of its life.
