“Received prompt help with an older faulty golf trolley. In the end I needed to replace with a new trolley. It was delivered within a few days keeping me informed during various stages of transit. Great service.”

“Initial signs are this is a very good trolley, well designed and manufactured to a high level. Used today for the first time and was very pleased with the results. Easy speed setting and good traction on wet ground. My bag was securely attached with no twist during the round. My contact with powerbug was professional and reassuring. Highly recommended.”

“I was assured when I phoned about non function that the problem was my battery charger not the battery. When the new charger arrived it was clear that this was wrong have just paid £3 to return the un needed charger”

“The parts I ordered arrived promptly and I was able to fit them to my trolley very easily, but I was disappointed that rivets which I had asked for in the chat room and was told would be thrown into the order were not in the package.”

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the chat area is not connected to the main web site. We have a 'notes' section available within the on-line ordering section and encourage our customers to detail any special arraignments within that area to highlight any requests.

“I ordered the light weight power bug battery at the special offer price.It arrived within 2 days.I have used it on my Mottocaddy golf trolley and it works fine. The only thing I would question is why there was no instructions included in the box and why include a plastic packet with 4 screws ??”
