As a reflection of the total service. The delivery was shocking, a broken gate post and latch. A brand new trolley, which is supposed to be signed for, left exposed to the wind and rain and , with a gate left side open, could easily have been lifted and taken away. 'Signature required', clearly not important.
Add to that the credit refusal on no grounds whatsoever to purchase a higher price trolley on HP and you have a returning customer who will not return. This is my second purchase in a year. Far from happy with the manner of this purchase.
