“The part was delivered in double quick time. The instructions video was helpful. Initially it looked like the rivets for the hinge assembly were too small and I queried this to Power Bug by email. The reply was swift and confirmed they were the correct size. The repair was successfully completed.”

“I am basically very pleased with the trolley but I have a couple of I need answering. (1) How long should the battery take to charge? (2) At the moment it shows green after a couple of hours and that is not enough for 18 holes. It let me down on the 16th yesterday. (3) I love the fact that the handle is taller because I am tall and therefore I walk much straighter. (4) Apart from the charging problems, the only negative is the weight of the trolley. As I am 81 it is quite cumbersome to lift in and out of the boot. I wait your comments.”
