The staff member Christian said they didn't have the part and not sure of when he could get one. I He phoned me back the next day saying he will try to make this for me. “After using the trolley with no problems for about 2 years rhe bottom elastic strap broke. 1 phone call and a new one arrived in the post the following day. Amazing service!! I must say I had two power daddy trolleys before and something went wrong with them at least every 3 to 4 months. The trolley has been great and even the purchase was a pleasure and trouble free. “Dear gentlemen, earlier today I have received your package through UPS but it had been obviously tampered with and I didn't even open it because it is very clearly not what I ordered (it weighs much less than it is supposed to, under 3 kg).
