“Good availability of products, good pricing Just a shame the delivery service wasn't good at all Paid for next day delivery, got it 3 days later and not to where I asked it to be delivered. Power Tool World maybe need a change of delivery service”

“Good range of products and easy to order. However, I wasn't aware that the tool I purchased was discontinued when I purchased. The need to make that clear in the description as I only found this out when I registered it for warranty on the DeWalt site.”

“Power Tool World were quick to dispatch my goods. It arrived promptly and was suitably protected. Only reason for 4 stars was my purchase was very close to £50 so it was either buy something to top up the order to the £50 mark or pay nearly £6 in shipping.”

“I found this shop online using classic google search, which is as generous as dumb, I must admit took me over a day to consider whether to shop the tool or not with Power Tool World. There was an offer, which was quite interesting after comparing with another 14 online shops, including Bosch, two things made me buy in Power Tool World; 1 the combo price was very good (no other site had something similar), and the delivery date was also very handy. On top of these you have the option to use Pay Pal credit, and a phone number is available for questions, which I like it. Be mindful, Power Tool World is quite competitive but also got it's own ups and down, be really peaky in searching, don't shop around under time pressure. After all, these online shops take time to deliver the item, and that plays an important role in my decision making process.”

“Good site to purchase equipment. sadly don't always keep all things in stock. Had to go elsewhere to purchase a maintain shredder as its was Out of stock and no date when it was expected tome be available. Powertoolworlds loos of another £350 or so sale.”

“Good selection of Makita power tools, best prices that I've seen and quick delivery. Lost one star in the rating as the drill had been poorly packaged. The box arrived battered. Amazed the drill was still in the box and indeed working. Would still use Power Tool World again however.”
