“The packaging was poor - plastic/polythene stuck up with lots of plastic tape. Enviromnentally unfriedly and difficult to unwrap and dispose of. THe dlievery notifications said I had to be home for delivery as it needed a signature so I took half a day off work. Howeever, the PTW courier simply left int in my porch, coulfnt even be bothered ringing the doorbell. Overall very disappointing.”

Our branded bags are used to help protect smaller items during transit and are sealed securely for added safety. However, we apologise if the amount of tape used on this occasion felt excessive. Regarding delivery, all our parcels are dispatched using an NYN service, which requires someone to be present to accept the delivery. While the option to request a safe place is available to recipients, this should only be actioned at your discretion.
