“I was very pleased with the speed in which the items were sent out no problems here at all. The fella I spoke to about the FREE postage was OK and said "he could not really do much about it as the courier passes that charge onto Power Tool World" DHL should have stopped making surcharges, as we ARE ON A MAINLAND not an out of area postcode. Sadly, because I had to pay the surcharge and PWT did not refund it I may not be buying from PWT again in the future. FREE postage should be just that and do not get to the end checkout and get a charge for having it delivered to me. ARE PWT really that hard-up because I am!”
