“Ordered multi tool was delivered in a reasonable time frame, thought it came with its box but this even being shown was not supplied. This should be a standard item with tool ordered due to costs involved, was a bit miffed that this turned out to be the case(pun intended). Would certainly use firm again communication was excellent right up to delivery of item ordered, will order case for tool as I like them to be protected even though it seems Milwaukee don’t when supplying their expensive tools.”
