“This would be rated a 5. However product was not wrapped and was in the manufacturers box and left on our doorstep in full view. Although courier said would need a signature we were not in as product delivered 1 day late. Thankfully our neighbour came to the rescue and collected it until we got home. Not impressed with delivery agent.”
