“Let down by DHL. Paid extra to get a Saturday delivery and I was informed that the product was with DHL and on its way to me yet they failed to deliver and their customer service was awful. I purchased the product elsewhere as I had a job to do on the Sunday it is now 10 days later and I am still awaiting a refund. It is a shame, PTW did their bit and eventually their customer service team came back to me three days after I left them a message, but DHL’s performance and delay in refund provokes this score.”
