“Was promised quick delivery but it took about 8 days. When I queried the delay initially, Dan sent me an e-mail explaining that warehousing problems were causing the delay and that all affected would receive a 10% concession on their next order. I still await receiving this offer and think it would have been considerably better to have offered it for my delayed order. Order eventually arrived safely. I made the order with Power Tool World because of promise of quick delivery and competitive prices.”

“This was my first purchase from Power Tool World. The buying procedure on line was easy and straightforward to do. I received a message stating that my order was being processed and would be delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, there was a delay in my order being completed within the timescales stated which was not a major issue on my part. I did appreciate the apology message informing me of the delay and would be kept informed of any further scenarios that may arise. I was even given the option to cancel the order if need be. My order was completed and delivered within a week so no great hardship. I was even given a 10% discount off my next order as compensation for the delay. Not many companies do that these days. Well done PTW, I'd certainly recommend them.”

“It would have been a 5 star! PTW have a good choice of equipment at a competitive price, and dispatch quickly. Unfortunately the courier they used for my 24hr delivery, failed to deliver the products for 5 days. Secondly the company only seems to be contactable through social media; not everyone wants to be on social media, this makes the company uncontactable when there is an issue.”
