“I purchased a DeWalt bar drill from PW Last month. On arrival the drill exhibited extreme vibration. I returned the drill using PW's system and promptly received a refund. I have made several purchases from PW and I would strongly recommend this retailer for their excellent product range, value for money and great staff response.”

“Service was good, however as I live in Guernsey we do not pay VAT. I was told that I should apply to the Guernsey authorities for a rebate but was told by them that no rebates were given. It was down to the company to remove from their invoice. I am now £25+ out of pocket making your item more expensive.”
