“Very disappointed that Power Tool World did not live up to its statement that they would try to match a competitor’s price. I bought a hedge trimmer from PTW for £288.99, only to find that on the following day a competitor (Alan Watkins Ltd) were offering the identical product at 5% less, ie at £274.55. I contacted PTW who turned down my request for a price match. In future I shall never use PTW again. Trevor (Leicester).”

“PTW has a wide range of tools at very competitive prices. Good delivery, and they even remind you to register your warranty! The only issue I have is ordering- I keep pressing the 'buy' button, but often nothing happens. I fiddle about and it eventually reacts - never sure what worked.”

“Item arrived on time, was trackable & well packaged. Bought as a gift so not yet used but I can say it was exactly what I ordered, looked in excellent condition & I have no issues with the company or delivery service.
