Hi Jackie, thanks for the feedback. We do sell 2 tough Birthday boxes I'd say next time maybe try one of these as the toys are much tougher.

“I loved the toy and was super excited to give this to my daughters dog (Pug Cross/Spaniel) We have a bit of a competition on how long it will take him to destroy toys, as he manages to destroy even the hardiest. I thought this toy looked strong and it would take him a while. but it took him all of 10 minutes and I pulled it apart. Im sure other dogs wont do this. :)”

“My package order had a few missing items including the birthday hat and the popcorn which was a shame considering I ordered the pack for this reason. No email to state any of those items would be out of stock and to be replaced. Not only was it missing items one of the items had expired a few months back, which my dog had felt unwell after consuming afterwards. Response was quick and replacements with extra items was sent so was quick to rectify but sadly his birthday had passed so wasn't as perfect as I wanted it to be.”
