“My only criticism is that you not deliver seven days a week. Flowers arriving two days early or late spoils the gesture of remembering the particular DATE.”

“The bouquet was beautiful, even better than what it looked like in the picture. However, it was not delivered to my friend's place and she had to collect it from the post office instead. Nonetheless, reasonable price for a lovely arrangement. :)”

“All in all a very good service, I have sent friends breakfast hampers and they have all been delighted with the products. Post a rose has always fulfilled their promises and all things delivered on the correct day. The Website is sometimes problematic in that occasionally once address details etc are submitted a certain page gets stuck and you can't progress further. Then it clears and the transaction can continue. It seems to be if you ask it to find address, for some reason there is no continue button once done.It tends to work if the address is entered manually.”

“Flowers arrived a day late. However it was the fault of Royal Mail . Post a rose very kindly gave me a full refund for the inconvenience . The roses received were lovely.”

“I bought flowers to be sent to a relative. I understand they arrived on the day Post a Rose said they would, and they must have been nice, because my relative wrote and thanked me, but I can't comment in more detail because I never saw them. I missed out on a summer discount because I couldn't find a code anywhere on the brochure I had been sent and only after I had placed the order at full price I discovered a slip of paper sent with the brochure offering a reduction. The code was not sent in email as far as I could see. I think Post a Rose usually gives reliable service and it is very convenient.”

“I use Post a Rose quite often. From the feedback I get from the recipients they are happy with the flowers they receive. They are well packed and even when going to England or Ireland they arrive safely and not damaged at all. The cost is reasonable and I always take advantage of the special offers.”

“I order frequently from Post a Rose and would definately recommend the quality of flowers. I have over many years of orders only had a couple of orders which didn't come up to the usual standard, but these have been replaced without any hassle. Good value, quality flowers ????”
