thanks for taking time to leave us a review & apologies Royal Mail appear to have lost your order we posted it at around 9am on Friday 9th September the day after the Royal Mail strike - whilst they have advised of considerable delays immediately following strike days you should indeed have had your order from us by now. WE will send another order out in the morning for you once we have double checked your delivery address by email. The reviews dont always come through to us immediately , we are able to respond quicker to direct emails as they obviously come through immediately & would have sent a replacement our order out earlier today as its 11-20pm at night when we have read this review. Hi Garry thanks for taking time to leave a review. We sent your order out the same day we received it however there was a Royal Mail strike that week as you have mentioned, with the Royal Mail website advising of severe delays at the time, apologies this impacted on your delivery timeline. WE have since taken some corrective action, temporarily using a premium courier service around the strike days which on the whole has worked quite well . We will use this method around any strike dates again as a temporary measure in order to minimise any delays caused by strike action. Good morning and thanks for your review Apologies that your parcel has not been delivered, as we posted your order standard first class mail ( not tracked ) approximately 2 hours after you placed it on 16th August - can i ask if you have spoken with the hotel reception as you asked us to deliver to a hotel ? I can confirm 100% we have not received any communication from you whatsoever other than this review which was the first we knew of your non delivery ( we check our spam/junk folder several times a day and we have had no comms from you, hence this is why you have not had a reply as we were unaware there was an issue ) We will contact you directly to resolve ( i have just called you but your phone went to voicemail 10-20am Fri 26/8/22) , but would like to reassure customers we respond to all emails received and as other customers have stated in their reviews, often at all times of day, nigh & early mornings !! UPDATE I have just rung the hotel who have confirmed they have the parcel on reception waiting for you to collect and that its been there quite a few days. Please speak with Hotel reception to retrieve your parcel for you. assured of the best possible service at all times The PoppersExpress team
