“I placed my first order on 21st March and Evri said it should be delivered on the 23rd. Today is the 31st and according to Evri it is still not out for delivery. Not a great first impression!”

“There was nothing ‘express’ about this delivery. I paid extra to get the product quickly, but the delivery company kept bringing it and not leaving it. I had deliberately chosen not to have ‘signed for’ as I knew I would not be in. When I complained, Poppets Express were not interested and suggested I had made a mistake. Absolutely not - change your delivery promises and be honest.”
