Unfortunately as you have not contacted us directly @ info@PoppersExpress.co.uk we were unaware of this until you posted this review. Please be assured we turn orders around extrmely quickly & can confirm your order was posted at around 11am on Weds 5th June - you placed your order at 8-45am the same morning. We pride ourselves on providing a great speedy service so apologies the carrier has let us both down on this occaision. Whilst accepting your unhappiness at the delivery situation you have mentioned, with you being at the other side of the world it may be better for you to discuss this with whoever delivers the parcel in USA, possibly USPS, as being UK based we do not have contact details for USPS. Hi Liam As per my email reply on 16th March apologies I missed your original email -human error on my part ARGGHH !! I am pleased that we were able to rectify the wrong delivery by the courier company, we sent you a replacement order out and have disputed with the courier comaony the delivery of the original order they said they made on 8th March. Just to reassure customers most orders received by 4-30pm go out the same day, anything later than this go out the following morning. The courier option ( incl free delivery ) get collected around 10am so any courier / free delivery orders placed after 10am go out the next day. We sent your order out the same day we received it however there was a Royal Mail strike that week as you have mentioned, with the Royal Mail website advising of severe delays at the time, apologies this impacted on your delivery timeline. WE have since taken some corrective action, temporarily using a premium courier service around the strike days which on the whole has worked quite well . We will use this method around any strike dates again as a temporary measure in order to minimise any delays caused by strike action.
