“Be wary of the delivery options. The products are great, and exactly what is advertised. But be aware, the delivery options aren't super clear. There's Next Day, Courier, and (I think) First class. I opted for courier assuming that it'd be a day or two. It wasn't, it was a week later. Customer service was polite and tried to be helpful, but watching my parcel just sitting at the courier depot was very annoying. So the tl;Dr is "Good products, friendly CS, poor delivery option description on the website."”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind comments re our customer service, this is really appreciated thank you. The courier option is the cheapest option we offer at £2.25 and the auto generated order confirmation customers receive confirms the estimated delivery timescale is 2-5 working days. The special delivery next day delivery option sits below the courier option on a separate line on the website & as this is a premium service shown at a cost of £7.99 and so maybe it’s this that you had in mind when you mention next day delivery, as the courier option makes no mention of next day delivery and is our budget delivery option. Unfortunately on the week that you ordered, the courier company we use ( a household name ) had a major IT outage that made the national news uk wide, however initially they did not publicise this and unfortunately, your parcel was caught up in this. They had your parcel that we turned around very quickly for dispatch and they ceased taking new orders for several days until they cleared the backlog that had built up. As soon as we became aware we moved to an alternative courier for a few days in order not to delay any more orders. We had a bit of a nightmare with the parcels that had become stuck in their backlog of which yours was one of them & so we posted these orders out again via first class post, however its fair to say had the courier made us aware they had a major issue earlier than they did we could have rectified the situation sooner than we did. I have today ( Weds AM ) checked the parcels dispatched via courier on Saturday and am pleased to update that 92% of these parcels have already been delivered. Again thanks for taking time to leave a review and apologies that the couriers nationwide UK IT outage saw the delivery of your order from us delayed, it was quite an unusual situation that occurred and was a one off that is certainly not the norm.
