Hi Liam As per my email reply on 16th March apologies I missed your original email -human error on my part ARGGHH !! I am pleased that we were able to rectify the wrong delivery by the courier company, we sent you a replacement order out and have disputed with the courier comaony the delivery of the original order they said they made on 8th March. Just to reassure customers most orders received by 4-30pm go out the same day, anything later than this go out the following morning. The courier option ( incl free delivery ) get collected around 10am so any courier / free delivery orders placed after 10am go out the next day. We are proud of the speed in which we turn orders around Assured of the best possible service & products at all times The PoppersExpress team
