Good morning and thanks for your review Apologies that your parcel has not been delivered, as we posted your order standard first class mail ( not tracked ) approximately 2 hours after you placed it on 16th August - can i ask if you have spoken with the hotel reception as you asked us to deliver to a hotel ? I can confirm 100% we have not received any communication from you whatsoever other than this review which was the first we knew of your non delivery ( we check our spam/junk folder several times a day and we have had no comms from you, hence this is why you have not had a reply as we were unaware there was an issue ) We will contact you directly to resolve ( i have just called you but your phone went to voicemail 10-20am Fri 26/8/22) , but would like to reassure customers we respond to all emails received and as other customers have stated in their reviews, often at all times of day, nigh & early mornings !! UPDATE I have just rung the hotel who have confirmed they have the parcel on reception waiting for you to collect and that its been there quite a few days. Please speak with Hotel reception to retrieve your parcel for you. assured of the best possible service at all times The PoppersExpress team

“Be wary of the delivery options. The products are great, and exactly what is advertised. But be aware, the delivery options aren't super clear. There's Next Day, Courier, and (I think) First class. I opted for courier assuming that it'd be a day or two. It wasn't, it was a week later. Customer service was polite and tried to be helpful, but watching my parcel just sitting at the courier depot was very annoying. So the tl;Dr is "Good products, friendly CS, poor delivery option description on the website."”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind comments re our customer service, this is really appreciated thank you. The courier option is the cheapest option we offer at £2.25 and the auto generated order confirmation customers receive confirms the estimated delivery timescale is 2-5 working days. The special delivery next day delivery option sits below the courier option on a separate line on the website & as this is a premium service shown at a cost of £7.99 and so maybe it’s this that you had in mind when you mention next day delivery, as the courier option makes no mention of next day delivery and is our budget delivery option. Unfortunately on the week that you ordered, the courier company we use ( a household name ) had a major IT outage that made the national news uk wide, however initially they did not publicise this and unfortunately, your parcel was caught up in this. They had your parcel that we turned around very quickly for dispatch and they ceased taking new orders for several days until they cleared the backlog that had built up. As soon as we became aware we moved to an alternative courier for a few days in order not to delay any more orders. We had a bit of a nightmare with the parcels that had become stuck in their backlog of which yours was one of them & so we posted these orders out again via first class post, however its fair to say had the courier made us aware they had a major issue earlier than they did we could have rectified the situation sooner than we did. I have today ( Weds AM ) checked the parcels dispatched via courier on Saturday and am pleased to update that 92% of these parcels have already been delivered. Again thanks for taking time to leave a review and apologies that the couriers nationwide UK IT outage saw the delivery of your order from us delayed, it was quite an unusual situation that occurred and was a one off that is certainly not the norm. You sent us an email saying you had been sent fake poppers, something that has never been said to us before as this quite simply is not the case. Surprised & concerned that a customer would think such a thing, yes we tried to ring you several times, this is customer service, had we ignored your email then this would have been a complete lack of customer service. We then sent you a very polite text asking when would be a good time to call you an attempt to try & understand what made you think the products were not genuine. You then replied with a text that I will not print the language of on here, you also criticised me for ending it best wishes., even after I explained I am amiable & polite and I am not confrontational in my approach, but to no avail. I explained we buy product from manufacturers direct and wholesalers and have a high stock turnaround. When I hi lighted the number of reviews we have complementing us on our customer service, hence our keenness to try and establish what the problem was, you said you would leave us a bad review & that you would have the last laugh. We refunded your order and special delivery charge, as you rebuffed every attempt we made to try & discuss the matter with you. No arrogance on our part, rather a desire to follow up a customer complaint and give the great customer service we are known for. Have a great bank holiday weekend & just to reiterate, we do not sell fake product, never have done and never will do.
