Hi Shug this is the first we have heard that your 2nd order did not arrive - you have not contaced us about that so obviously we are unaware . We do not have the Paypal facility on our website so you did not pay by that method. You did contact us the day after you placed your second order saying it hadnt been. delivered , we explained that both orders had been sent out . At no point since this time have you contacted us to say you have not had delivery. Had you contacted us earlier ie when you placed this review, we could have rectified the issue for you quicker We will contact you directly to find out which order has not been delivered If you are adamant you paid by Paypal, its possible ypu could have purchases on anothe website as we have never had this facility in place Assured of the best possible service & products at all times Best wishes The PoppersExpress Team

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review You placed your order at around 4pm on Saturday 4th May, as discuused in our email comms about this as Monday was a Bank Holiday & therefore no postal service we posted your order at around 10am On Tuesday 7th May. The tracking did indeed show that your order had not been delivered when you contacted us this week & therefore we refunded your purchase. Apologies your parcel went astary, as soon as you made us aware & we checked the tracking we issued a refund Assured of the best possible service & products at all times Best wishes The PoppersExpress team

We ALWAYS turn orders around very quickly, you placed your order at around 5pm on 13th December & we posted your order at around 10am the next day ie 14th December; apologies it appears to have been lost in transit. Getting 1 star because their delivery partner [Yodel] was terrible! Parcel was late. No explanation. Their website was deliberately misleading and unhelpful. Their online chat was in another country and avoided all my questions. Their 'helpline' is a robot with no options to speak to a human

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies you have been unhappy at YodelDirects service - I have tried to call you to discuss but the number on your order doesn’t appear to be correct . I think I can see what you contacted them about. Due to the bank holiday at the beginning of the month YodelDirect did not collect parcels on Monday 1st May as like Royal Mail they do no collections, so Tuesday 2nd May was the first available collection and on top of this they appear to have taken a few days longer than usual to deliver. We advise as an approximate timeline 4 working days, which would have seen the parcel delivered on Sat 6th May and they delivered on Tues 9th May - apologies it took a little longer than expected. Your comments re online chat being in another country & a misleading website obviously do not relate to the PoppersExpress website so must be in relation to the couriers website. Please be assured we turn orders around very quickly , to give you an idea, all orders received after 4pm yesterday and during the night have already been sent out today & its 10-15AM as i write this. If ever you have any order / delivery queries please contact us directly by replying to your order confirmation email or via the contact us form on our website - we answer all queries from customers we receive and contact YodelDirect or Royal Mail on behalf of customers if ever you want any update on parcels In transit. Delivery company useless , not delivered to address

Morning Leon. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.. As you had not contacted us directly we were unware there was an issue. We have emailed you directly this morning as the couriers tracking shows your order as having been delivered on Weds 3rd May ie Weds last week, hopefully you are in receipt of your order now. Customers are reminded the quickest way to contact us re any customer service queries is to reply to your order confirmation email, as this enables us to repsond far quicker. This does not mean we do not want custmers to leave reviews, of course we do, it just enables us to repsond quicker as the reviews are not always emailed to us immediatley. Hi Clint Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review We responded to you when you contacted us directly by email within 15 minutes of you contacting us on Thursday ( the quickest way for customers to get a response is to contact us via email ) Unfortunately one of our humans packed your order incorrectly - sincere apologies for this human error, we sent you a replavment order out as soon as we could which as we explained in the email would be saturday as neither courier nor Royal Mail were, operating on the Good Friday bank holiday Again apoogies for this error, very occasionally humans can make a mistake, but we will never replace them with robots , as we love our humans too much !! thanks for taking time to leave us a review & apologies Royal Mail appear to have lost your order we posted it at around 9am on Friday 9th September the day after the Royal Mail strike - whilst they have advised of considerable delays immediately following strike days you should indeed have had your order from us by now. WE will send another order out in the morning for you once we have double checked your delivery address by email. The reviews dont always come through to us immediately , we are able to respond quicker to direct emails as they obviously come through immediately & would have sent a replacement our order out earlier today as its 11-20pm at night when we have read this review. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies the courier appears to have lost the order. Whilst appreciating the frustration, in fairness you did not wait 2 weeks rather 9 Calander days. This is particularly disappointing for us both, given that as the tracking details we sent you, showed you placed your order just before midnight on Thursday 11th August & we dropped off at the couriers parcel shop at around 9-30am the following morning - Friday 12th August ie we turned your order around very quickly. We have refunded for you today. In terms of delivery timelines for courier delivery, we say approximately 3-5 working days and so we are just over that approximate timeline. We find that on the whole Courier deliveries do indeed take 3-5 days ie far quicker than your experience and so apologies for this, Should you order from us again you should find the parcel is likely to be delivered quicker than has been the case on this occasion. Again trying to be balanced and accepting your disappointment with the timeline, orders are usually delivered quicker as a result of us turning them around so quickly.
