“My son and all his friends had a fantastic time celebrating his 10th birthday with a pop-up arcade. It was brilliant to have it at home, quick and easy to set up with no fuss. All the boys were entertained for the whole hour and a half, there was plenty of choice and the host was attentive to their requests, as well as taking turns on the race cars/virutal reality head sets. A great success - thank you!”

“The whole party was a roaring success. My 8 year old son loved it, as did his friends. ‘T’ was diligent, professional and courteous - he was a pleasure to engage with and was very helpful with the children. Punctual and efficient set up. I can not recommend the Pop Up Arcade experience high enough!”

“We are so grateful to the team at Pop Up Arcade for saving our son's 10th birthday party. We had booked a gaming bus which broke down on its way to us and Pop Up Arcade went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a fantastic alternative party all within a few hours notice. Thank you again, especially to Kirk, who was great with the kids. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and probably wouldn't run the risk of booking the gaming bus again!”

“My son celebrated his 13th birthday with pop up arcade. Our host Chris was fantastic. Really personable and great with all the boys (and there were a lot of them) great choice of consoles. There was something fir everyone. The virtual reality and racing seats were a big hit. Will definitely be using you guys again. Thanks so much for making my sons birthday one to remember! “An absolutely brilliant party- well equipped and seamless set up and organisation from start to finish. Amazing games, friendly and professional staff and a birthday party that you can sit back and enjoy yourself. Very well run -Jmaes made sure the boys were engaged and involved in the party throughout. Please book them! The children are all still talking about this awesome party!”

“Sam our host arrived in good time and immediately settled in and got set up. He was clear, fun and helpful with us all and most importantly with the kids, who loved every minute! The contact and confirmation by the office beforehand and in the lead up to the day itself was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this party to my friends! Thanks for a fantastic party! “OH WOW! best party ever. I am officially the coolest mum in the playground! Everything was done timely, neatly, effectively and funly (is that a word?) The kids loved it. James was able to handle them so we got to sit back and relax and even have a go on the VR. I would definitely recommend this party if your child is a gamer. They'll love it! It really was a day to remember (James you 'member?, I 'member!)”

“This is a great idea for an 8 year olds birthday party. We had a mixture of ages and girls and boys. The host, T, was punctual and professional. He was great with the kids, very patient, and they had a fantastic time. An extensive set up which even the adults enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful party.”

“The party was a huge success from my point of view as well as my 9 year old son's. It was easy to book, the process was clear, the set up was on time, the person who came to manage the party had a great manner with the children who were inevitably super excited. For the 20 children who took over the sitting room it was fun, relaxed and really exciting to have access to so much technology. The adults dropping off were tempted to stay themselves when they saw our sitting room turned into into a big cyber playroom!”

“Alex who ran the party for our boys was soo great and a real credit to the company. He was really well organised and great with the kids who all had an amazing time. I would recommend and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Pop Up Arcade and Alex”

“Great party! We had 15 kids (mainly boys) and they were all thoroughly entertained for the full 90 minutes. I also had a few of them tell me it was their best party ever as they went home. Nathan was excellent with them all and stayed very calm through all the excitement. I would highly recommend Pop Up Arcade. Thanks again Nathan!”

“We had 22 boys for my son’s 9th party. Host, Sam, was great and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was happy and had a game to play at all times. Great fun had by all! Word of warning: the host only confirms on the day just as he/she is leaving to come and set up. Previously when I’ve used party hosts they’ve made contact the day before. It made for a very nervous morning wondering if I needed to make alternative plans!”

“Fantastic concept!! Booked for my sons 13th Birthday for up to 9 friends and everyone had a great time with my son even saying he would have liked to play for a bit longer. On a rainy November day this was a great idea to keep everyone entertained in the comfort of my own home. Will definitely be recommending to others, arrived on time and a quick and easy set up. “I booked Pop Up Arcade for my son’s 11th birthday after initially searching for a gaming bus. As a mum, I can’t fault it - price was good, pre-party admin was excellent, Dan turned up exactly on time, set up quickly and efficiently and immediately engaged with the kids. We have a through-lounge, so there was plenty of space for racing seats, etc. It may have been a bit cramped in one room. Dan was brilliant with the kids. All in all they loved it. The only thing that stopped it being a ‘5’ is the kids said that some of the games were a little bit old. They still enjoyed playing them though. Thank you for a brilliant party. This is a great concept - more space and freedom than a gaming bus - and I hope it does really well.”

““BEST PARTY EVER” is how my son and all of his friends described it! Everything, from booking the party; the lead up; the set up on the day to the tent itself (+ everything in it) and packing up at the end was truly excellent. The tent was set up really well (and “cooooool” as described by the boys!) , clean, tidy and warm. We had the amazing James and Becca who were so personable, easy to work with and really wonderful with the kids (and the “big kids” who wanted to play too lol). It really mattered to them that everyone had a great time and that the party was relaxed, fun and a success - mission accomplished guys :) - THANK YOU!!”
