“Fantastic party for my son yesterday with Pop Up Arcade ! Rob was fantastic, did everything so I could relax 😀 The price was very reasonable, customer service was excellent ! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again next year Thanks to all the team 👍”

“My 8 year old had a fantastic birthday with Pop up arcade, Dan was excellent and couldn't have done anything else to make his day perfect. All the kids loved it and my son has requested the same for next year!!! I loved every second of it. One thing I would add is to maybe have a light for outside the tent if outside as we booked for quite late and was very dark, but overall this is a great idea. Well done xxx”

“Excellent customer service throughout. They have accommodated last minute changes without a fuss and always reply promptly to queries. The games master on the day was very professional yet approachable and extremely patient with kids of all ages and abilities. I highly recommend Pop up Arcade for your party! My son and his friends had a great time and voted it the best party!”

“They arrived on time and were very professional. Our host was great at managing 12 rowdy boys, he kept them entertained for most of 2 hours. The only downside, which is why I gave 4 stars, is they didn't have fifa. The boys were disappointed and wanted to leave the tent at one point to play it indoors on our PS4. I was also disappointed has this is my son's favourite game and one of the reason I wanted to throw a gaming party for him. His whole party was centred around football. I wasn't informed either that Fifa wasn't available till the kids were begging for it. Other than that they did enjoy themselves.”

Hi Lavinia, I'm very sorry to hear that we didn't have FIFA 20 at your party. It's a huge game for us, we line up at midnight to get the latest version as soon as it comes out. It looks like it had been left at the party before yours on the day, which was a big mistake on our part and we're very sorry. To make it up to the birthday boy we've sent you a code for some FIFA packs.

“Brilliant party. My son and his friends loved it! Pop Up Arcade brought a good range of games and consoles, set up quickly and packed away quickly. The easiest party, we've ever done. Would highly recommend. Definitely using them again.”

“The boys really enjoyed their party. They were happy with the games offered and the quantity of screens was just right so nobody was waiting. The screens were set up in plenty of time before the start of the party and taken down again smoothly at the end. Communication from the company was good. This is the second time we’ve used PopUp Arcade and we’ve been very happy with them.”

“I held a joint party on Sunday for my 2 sons one whom turned 8 and the other turning 13, we had the ultimate gaming party. Firstly the hall I hired messed up my booking which i discovered one week before the party, the company moved me to another week no problems, on the day a lovely guy called Dan arrived early and got my boys involved with set up which was fab and entertained them both in convo etc until party started, he was great with the kids made sure everyone was joining in and knew what they were doing and doing it safety, everyone commented on what a quiet and calm party it was and with an age range of 5 to 13 all had the best times and that was girls aswell as boys. Thanks so much”

“Had 20 children who had a fabulous time. It was my sons 7th birthday and they really enjoyed the games. The host was very polite and set everything up perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a hustle free party.”

“What a great experience! I expected quiet, zombie-like children, but it was so interactive and exciting (and loud - who knew?)! Chris kept the kids involved and moderated the rotation so that no-one was left out, and the whole group (aged 7-11) had a wonderful time (while I hid in the kitchen). The set-up and take-down was quick, and everything was fantastic - I wouldn't change a thing (except I'll wear earplugs next time). I highly recommend this company: they were very professional and responsive, and Chris did a fantastic job.”

“My daughter loved her Pop Up Arcade party. The team arrived promptly so were all set up and ready for the party start time. The party organiser was really helpful with all the kids and made sure everyone was included. She had a wide variety of games for them to play including VR. I would definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade.”
