“Pop Up Arcade were totally reliable and professional. It was easy to book, the person I spoke to was very helpful. And on the day Craig the GameMaster was brilliant - patient, helpful, fun and professional. We loved the party.”

“The party went seamlessly, Lauren was a star, making the best use of the space available and ensuring that all the kids had a turn on everything and ensuring there were no disputes. The kids loved it and from a parental perspective it was super easy and stress free. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone with games mad kids. Thank you!”

“Great party, really well organised and very straight forward communication. Chris was a brilliant host, really easy going and knowledgeable, he kept our group of 12 year olds entertained throughout. Well priced too, would definitely recommend!”

“I used pop Up Arcade for my son's recent 12 birthday. It's the most enjoyable party my son has ever had. The set up at our house was simple, they had a fantastic selection of games and the VR headset was a winner. All the attendees enjoyed the party and they were completely enthralled for the full 90 minutes, which meant I could put my feet up with a cuppa . I had the party after school, I was also very happy with the cost of my package. I will definitely be using them again !!”

“The games master arrived on time, set up and then wrangled 13 noisy 8 year olds with aplomb. The kids had a great time and the sitting room was left in an extremely tidy fashion at the end. The party was pronounced brilliant by all there. Highly recommended.”

“Couldn't fault it. I booked the party for a bunch of eight year olds and they LOVED it! A special thanks to the host, Joe, who helped all of the kids out. I've been told that my son (who's party it was) is now the coolest kid in class! I'm going to try and convince my wife that she needs the tent version for her birthday!”

“Dan the host arrived in plenty of time and set up quickly. He engaged well with my two children. However before the party guests arrived he retreated to his van. He was not around when the children arrived so there was no initial welcome from him or discussion of games available - my husband and I got the children set up on games as best we could. After 10 minutes we had a technical difficulty and I went in search of Dan - he was having a nap in his van. He came into the house and said “what’s the problem” ie indication by he saw his role as simply to fix problems which was not what I anticipated from our party host. He did then stay for the duration of the party but with minimal interaction with the children. I’m not sure they knew the full range of games available and he didn’t make sure they all had a game to play (my husband and I did this). I was disappointed and having read other reviews it sounds as though the party host really adds to the success of the party. That was not the case for us, the children enjoyed the party because they played games not because of anything in particular that Dan added.”

We have dealt with the host in question and will ensure that this never happens again at any of our events. “Easy booking system, when our party got cancelled on the day due to weather they were happy to accommodate us again whenever we were ready. When we did have our second party our host arrived on time, set up efficiently, entertained all the kids for 1.5 hours, then tided up and left almost unnoticed. The kids all had a great time and would recommend to anyone!”

“This was the second time we used Pop up Arcade and absolutely loved it. They are so easy to deal with and the party host was fantastic ... there on time, really helpful to the children and generally made it a great experience. My only comment would be that for a party with 20 children, two party hosts were probably needed as lots of the children needed help getting started.”

“Service was absolutely seamless. Arrived on time, set up really quickly and endlessly patient explaining how the games worked to a very excited group of children. Couldn't recommend them highly enough for a children's party (and some of the dad's quite enjoyed having a go too!).”

“Thank-you for an excellent party on Friday. We really appreciated the contact from you pre-party - a week before, on the morning and an hour beforehand to put our minds at rest that everything was going to plan. Chris was fantastic. He arrived early, set up with ease and had the children well engaged for the whole duration of the party. He managed to keep one step ahead of all twelve of them, making sure everyone had something they wanted to play with and encouraging everyone to try new games (including the grown ups!). Thanks so much for a professional and fun time. We've already recommended you to friends. Lovely to meet you Chris, thanks so much!”

“Arrived on time and set up quickly. Very flexible with using the space in our living room. Craig made sure everyone got a turn at the games they wanted and the ten 8 year old boys were entertained from start to finish. My Son and his friends loved it. Thank you so much.”

“I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I feel I have to say how amazing this company are. They communicated with us regularly in the few weeks prior to the party so I was confident that we had covered everything. They were very quick to respond to all my emails and questions. On the day the party host arrived in plenty of time and had a great rapport with the children (it was for an 11 year olds party). The amount of kit he set up in small space and in quick time was amazing. All the children had a fantastic time - everyone shuffled round and shared the equipment with the party host helping to ensure everyone got a go on everything. The 2 hours went by so fast. I would highly recommend this company. Also very competitive pricing compared to other children's parties.”
