“I highly recommend for a party for any children who love playing video games. Nathan was early to set up, calm, patient and really professional with all the children. We had a really happy birthday boy at the end!”

“Chris was our Pop-up Arcade host for my son’s 9th birthday party and he was friendly and approachable. Chris was extremely efficient at setting up all the kit and made sure all the children at the party were involved and showed them how to play the games. The kids had a great time.”

“Jordan has been nothing short of amazing, giving us and all the children a party to remember! He also had his own WiFi to be prepared in case of any issue. What we cannot thank him enough for however, is the way he made things easy for one of the boys who has special needs. He made sure he was at ease and could join in the game, he set up a little space just for him and spent time with him too.It made such a difference! Great company, great value and absolutely recommended!”

“We hired Ultimate Gaming Party for our community event and were thrilled with the experience. Ibrahim, the representative, arrived early to set up the 6 screens and VR headset, ensuring everything was ready on time. He was incredibly helpful, patient with the kids, and the pre-event preparation was excellent – highly recommend their top-notch service! Keep up the good work !!!”

“Had an 18th birthday party for my little brother who’s autistic and in a wheelchair. I called pop up arcade before booking for peace of mind about a party for children with autism and in wheelchairs and they said no problem! 20 kids aged between 6-18 our host (Jeffrey) was great with all the children and would do all he could to cater for them. Nothing but helpful and fun. All the parents said how great it was and how the kids really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend to any children that love gaming!”

“My son had an amazing birthady party - the staff were great with the boys. They were punctual and put up the gaming tent in not so great weather conditions. I emailed the day before worried aboutthe weather. They got back to me very quickly to reasure me that everything is fine. The gaming tent was really good and survived the wet weather. Would defo recommend them to others,”

“Pop up arcade were fantastic from the initial enquiry through to the party. The T-shirts, sweets and magazines sent to us were a massive hit. The set up and take down of the tent were hassle free. As parents we had literally nothing to do! The kids were entertained and could not get enough of the gaming experience. We’ll be using pop up arcade again for sure!”

“This is such a great idea for a party. The children had a great time - lots of fun and interacting with one another. The games host was fully briefed on our child's special needs (autism) ahead of time and thoughtfully discussed the plan for the party quickly upon arrival. Would definitely book again”

“The host was great with the kids. When he turned up I wasn’t sure what to expect as he arrived in a small hatchback and I asked where is the van and he said all the set up was in his car. By the time he set everything up I was amazed. Everything went up quick and all the items that came out of the car was unbelievable. Great experience and I will surely recommend.”
