“My son and his friends had a lovely party with pop up arcade! It was so easy as tent was put up before guests arrived and the host was very accommodating. Boys were kept entertained for 1 1/2 hours! The simulator head set was a great success! Thank you!”

“Pop Up Arcade hosted a great party for my son, it was so easy for me as they did everything, I just had to supply one plug socket! The kids had a great time and loved all the gaming options, the tent was brilliant and when they'd left it was as if they'd never been there.”

“The pop up arcade was fantastic! The children really enjoyed it at all ages from 4 to 11! I was totally jealous of the children (busy being host) and we had great support from Hannah so we are really grateful! Thank you so much. Let's get an adult version next!”

“My son had the best time, he was so happy to have this experience and to play with his friends all together like this. Love the concept and price. He has the extra gaming chairs and 30 mins - worked perfectly. Jordan was a hero. Calm and collected. He rolled in with his super chill, popped up the tent and all the kit. Helped all the kids and taught them how to drive F1 style. He was polite and really made the party. Can't speak highly enough of him. Massive thanks would highly recommend. P.S I have parental consent to share pictures of all the kids”

“The pop up tent was great, but the experience would have been better if George engaged with the kids that were playing inside the tent. George came early to set up, however after setting up the kids, he sat outside the tent on his phone looking bored, and the kids would come out and play inside and pop back in. Not quite the experience I was hoping for.”

Hi Stella, Thank you so much for the feedback and we're really sorry we didn't quite live up to our standards on the day. George is normally a fantastic host (you can see many great reviews for him posted here), unfortunately, your party happened to fall on the hottest day of the year and the heat had gotten to him while setting up the equipment. We encourage our hosts to bring plenty of water and pace themselves in hot weather but this being his first summer with us, I think he underestimated the heat. On reflection, he should have made you aware of his condition but he didn't want to make a fuss and detract from the party. I believe he did recover towards the 2nd half of the party but we still should have done a better job of communicating with you on the day.

“We've used Pop Up Arcade a few times and they are amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. All of the kids at the party loved the fact that they were playing games consoles in a tent in the garden. We were also very impressed with the way they dealt with the Covid rulings. Sam was our host and he was brilliant.”
