“I do not like the new design of the lamp I bought. I much preferred our older model as it is simpler and does not require fiddling with the gimmicky “Genesis”, which requires removal of the shade and itself to charge. As for having to use a silly little remote instead of a simple unloseable button on the base, words fail me.”

“We have had many items in the past and been extremely pleased with them and the customer service . What has happened to this business! When we last visited the shop we had great service from lovely people. We received our order, on opening the first box we found the lantern door broken and on close inspection of the other lantern it also looked like it would fall off at anytime. We tried to speak to someone but got a message to say short of staff please leave a message and we will get back to you. The next day we received a call no apology and was told to use the returns portal which wanted all manner of information. We made another call this time no response then at last spoke to a very helpful person. We Will be very wary using you again. Disappointed from Devon.”

“I’m a big Pooky fan! I have bathroom wall lights ,bedside lamps and wall lights in my sitting room. Always great quality and masses of choice. Before Pooky buying lights and lampshades was a very painful experience severe lack of choice. Now it’s a joy ! Highly recommend everything!!”

“Love love love this light fitting. The bronze finish is exactly that and has a luxurious appearance and so worth the price. It arrived in sleek, orderly packaging which made opening it a pleasure. Quick and easy installation only took about 10 mintues so hazzle free as no electrician needed. I also love the remote control it came with as it has a sperate gold casing that encloses the black normal look which again makes it luxurious and elegant. The charging of the light is straight forward amd user friendly as it just unclips from the magnetic fitting. I would definitely recommend this product if looking for wall lights as no hard wiring required.”

“Love the website where you can see every shade paired with a base, makes life so much easier. Ordered a rechargable lamp, shade and spare lamp (on offer) and it looks great. The lamp is perfect for moving about for a bit more glow as we don't have overhead lighting. It also makes a great lamp for the dining table, bedside table, desk....... Very Happy with purchase.”
