“I love these shades. Yes they are expensive but so is a Ferrari. A Pooky lifts your home. End of.”

“I needed 2 replacement bulbs for lights I bought 5 years ago. The young lady I spoke to initially on the telephone was really helpful. Unfortunately, one of the bulbs arrived damaged. I rang customer services and a replacement was promptly dispatched with no questions asked. Very impressed with the whole service. Thank you.”

“Ordered a very large lampshade which has totally transformed the room. Pooky have a fantastic range of both lamp bases and shades, better than anywhere else, with a great range of facilities on their website, i.e trying different shades with bases. Delivery was quick and my lampshade was carefully packaged to minimise it getting crushed in transit. I would 100% use again and very happy to recommend Pooky.”

“I have now ordered on line from Pooky three times. Once was a rechargeable lamp for a very good friend's 70th birthday. She was delighted with it. The other two times was to replace lampshades which had been in use for very many years. Nothing wrong with them but I felt the two rooms they were in would benefit from a change of lampshades. The first three were for my bedroom and I am very pleased with them apart from the two large ones I wish I had ordered the larger size. The latest two are in my Drawing Room and replaced lampshades which were at least thirty years old. They used to Bein our dining room in our previous house. I wanted them to pull the colours in the room together and to lighten it. The lampshades have performed both these functions and are so pretty. I am delighted with them. They make me feel happy and I smile every time I look at them. My husband is also really pleased with them as he thinks they allow the lamps they are on to distribute more light. I have been very pleased with the efficiency of ordering on line, the prompt delivery and the quality of everything I have ordered. I will certainly be using Pooky again.”
