“I have always found the Pooky team to be extremely efficient and helpful . They have a great knowledge of all products and give useful advice to enable decision-making. The quality of lamp bases and shades is really excellent and prices are very reasonable I have one suggestion to make : I would prefer the flex to be almost clear if possible as I think the very dark flex can look ugly when it is visible which is often the case.”

“Although the item was of good quality it was not suitable. Easy enough to return . Over 10 days and still not recieved confirmation that Pooky have recieved returned item and no sign of money being returned.”
