“Very nice little marbled paper lampshade. The only criticism I have is the size of the box it was delivered in, absolutely huge!”

“So very pleased with my Twinky Large rechargeable wall lights 😀 I have been planning a new bathroom in our new home of a few months now and as soon as i found them on your website i new that they will be perfect .They are excellent quality, really well made just what you would expect from Pooky ,and no need to channel the wall out so less mess and money .So pleased with my first purchase from Pooky.”

“I've never ordered from Pooky before and when you order shades online you're never certain whether the shades you've ordered are the right shape, size or colour but I was reassured by their returns policy. They have some very original designs so I shall definitely be ordering more.”

“I love the range of lamps and shades but it is problematic to purchase if you are in the EU. The lamp and base I purchased were subject to customs VAT. The company despatched the shade in one box and the base in a second box but attached the same invoice to both boxes which arrived as two separate deliveries and customs therefore charged the VAT twice. Pooky did refund me the duplicated VAT as it was their packing error but it was a lot of hassle for me and many emails and phonecalls to both Pooky and DPD customs.”
