“The cordless lamp and my chosen shade are just exactly what I needed for a particular spot where I didn't want a trailing flex. I love that you have so much choice of shades for a particular base and had no problem finding the right one. I would thoroughly recommend this lamp. The delivery was quick and hassle free and well packaged avoiding any damage en route to me. I am already looking to replicate in another area of my house.”

“Very slow to refund. Second time I've received fauty lightbulbs that fused all the lights in my house!”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your review, I am sorry to see that you have had slow refunds and your bulbs have short-circuited your home. We do expect to have refunds processed in 5-10 working days from return, however, I can see that your returns were being processed during a system error which delayed getting refunds processed as we might usually. In the future hopefully this won't take as long at all for us to process. As bulbs are delicate, they can be easily damaged in transit and a short circuit is the safety mechanism in place if any damage has occurred. If this does happen, we are always more than happy to issue out replacements if wanted.
