“I visited the shop - delightful and very worth the trip! Very inspiring. I was confused about what I needed to order from the website -…. But the shop team were brilliant. Then I bought light fittings - very happy. But I bought the blue spruce portal mirror - it’s really soft grey not blue as in the photos. So I will be returning that and trying the green one instead! The blue mirror also had a small chip…not from delivery … must have been after the firing.”

“Bought two Coopers and lampshades for either side of our bed. I had been searching for that style of extension (which can be found as VERY expensive antiques) and was so excited to have found exactly what I was looking for on Pooky. I was skeptical given the price point compared to the antiques but the quality seems to there and I am definitely a fan so far! Also, cannot believe the selection available for lampshades! Took my days to decide.”

“I recently placed an first time order with Pooky on a Sunday afternoon for a lampshade. Site was easy to use and order went through with no difficulty. I was kept informed of delivery at all times and incredibly my lampshade arrived at 9am on the following Tuesday perfectly packed. Talk about efficiency! The gathered lampshade in sand silk is beautiful and gives a really wam glow when lit and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Pooky to anyone as the service and product was second to none and price extremely reasonable.”

“I was nervous buying a mirror online but I need not have worried. It came quickly, was professionally delivered and beautifully packed. The mirror now looks stunning in my hall bouncing the light around and making a small space look bigger. Delighted!”

“Pooky nail it again. The ordering process couldn't be easier and the prompts for the correct bulbs are so helpful! You get updated throughout the whole process so you're always aware of your parcel's whereabouts. It arrives beautifully wrapped and the returns process if you have any issues is so easy to follow.
