“I’ve always wanted a Pooky light, I’d drool over the website imagining that one day my home would be full of them, so to recieve my first order was a dream come true! It was like Christmas morning unwrapping the carefully packaged box, and I wasn’t disappointed… My Walter rechargeable lamp base with the silk egg and spoon shade looks amazing, it gives the softest glow, and with three settings, allows for a different ambiance to suit. I just had to have the matching larger shade for my table lamp and my room is now complete! I honestly can’t stop looking at them, and visitors to my home comment on how gorgeous they are, so well made, and certainly won’t be my last purchase, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now, Pooky really do add a touch of luxury to your home! I’m a Pooky addict, once from afar and now in reality and I couldn’t be happier 😃”

“Beautiful lightshade, just what I wanted for my hall. I ordered some longer flex in olive green and was able to change it into a plug in pendant light so that I can wrap it round a bracket and hang it in my hall.”

“My original order came within 2 days! Turned out I needed to order a bigger sizes pendant and whilst they couldn’t make any promises, my second replacement order came in just in time for me to finish a surprise project! “The lamps are absolutely fabulous, there is no doubt in that! However, the customer service we received in your Chelsea showroom was appalling. We had to ask multiple times for help, with salespeople who didn’t even look up when you walked to the desk. They offered little to no help, and then when we had decided on a lamp, they then said we couldn’t use a gift card in store. Instead of helping us order it online in store together, they said “why not just go to a coffee shop or elsewhere and just order a lamp on our phones!”. We left the store unhappy and having spent nothing, which seems an odd thing to let a customer to do.”
