“I have purchased standard lamps and shades previously from Pooky and have been so happy with the quality and the service. This time I purchased 3 flush ceiling lights, these are just perfect. The delivery was free and although it said 3-5 days it was next day. Incredible service. I”

“Lights ordered easily online and delivered quickly. Delighted with quality of lights (exterior)- they are sleek, stylish, well made and look like they will last forever! I think they are good value for money as the quality is superb. Very pleased with purchase and they really enhance the exterior of our house. Will definitely recommend Pooky!”

“The product is gorgeous but the delivery was not impressive. One part arrived at the specified time; the main bulk of the order did not. I rang Pooky and was told it would arrive later in the day & I would receive an email advising me of the time. No email arrived. Later on I received notification that the parcel had been delivered to a property next door. It had been left outside. The box was huge. I struggled to lift it and had to drive my car round to collect it!! I accept this may have been the fault of DPD but not impressed. This item was worth over £300.”

“Ordered two of the "Tiny cupola in prismatic glass with antique brass fitting and gallery". On arrival they were visually as lovely as in the photos but I had real difficuty in tightening the ring that secures the gallery to the fitting - it is a very small light and this space is accordingly tiny and you need similarly tiny fingers to hold the ring! Also the screws on the gallery that secure the glass shade stop well short and so the shade rattles. I contacted Pooky and they respond immediately by sending out replacement gallery and shades. Unfortunately it is a design issue not a manufacturung fault and so replacements were just the same. I've managed to get the ring tightened using small pliers and used rubber bands around the shade neck to reduce the space between it and screws. Not ideal but it works. But overall, I'm delighted with the lights, they are just what I wanted, and also Pooky's attempts to overcome issues. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”
