“The website design is quite confusing with the lamp shade - I thought I had selected and bought one but the lamp arrived without. I then tried to buy one but a lot were out of stock - I am now in a waiting list. The UX on viewing the lampshades if quite difficult and time consuming on a phone”

“Having been disappointed by the service and the quality of items provided by many suppliers during our renovation project, I've been blown away by Pooky. From the design of the website, help received when needed, to delivery and the quality of all our items, I'm just so impressed. “Over the years I have bought probably 20+ lamps and lampshades from Pooky. All of high quality and interesting design. One area for improvement could be free returns on all items (at present sale items incur a charge)”

“I am loving the brass ruckle shade ig has brought an entirely new dimension to my sitting room. The silk of the blue empire is gorgeous. I misjudged the size on one purchase but returns were so easy I was delighted.”
