“I love Pooky, In fact every ceilinng light in my home is Pooky, but on this occasion I was delivered a faulty item. I felt the company dragged their feet in resolving my issue. The item has since been replaced and looks very nice.”

“I recently purchased two Cavendish table lamps in aged brass with 35 cm straight Empire shades in natural linen. I am really pleased with them. They look elegant and refined. I like the way the ight reflects off the twist both when lit and in the sunlight. The service from Pooky was excellent as y. One of the lamps arrived damaged due to a damaged box and they replaced it immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I recently purchased 2 of the Swan Neck rechargeable wall fitting as well as the 18cm Straight Empire Pendant shade in Printed Linen Ikat Heraldic. I was unsure about the compatibility between the fitting and shade, so called to speak to somebody in customer services. The call was answered promptly and I was advised by a really lovely woman who told me they were, in fact, compatible so long as the fitting was fitted in a downlight direction. I went ahead and ordered and my order arrived the next day. The quality of the products is really quite fantastic and they feel as though they will last an age. Very pleased with my experience and purchase. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very helpful in showroom. Lived the range of products. Good quality and design. Prompt delivery. The only thing was I would have liked to sign up for pooky points but wasn't encouraged. I didn't see any box on the website. I have asked for retrospective points as we have spent alot of money. Not heard anything.”

“We now have 2 Pooky rechargeable lights, one is a wall light for an awkward space and the other a table light so it can be positioned either on the dining table, coffee table or sideboard. The quality is very good, very sturdy. I will probably purchase a rechargeable floor lamp as well. Very pleased with my purchases.”

“Recently bought wall lights for my new refurbished bathroom, all I can say is they have given my bathroom the wow factor , so perfect with the modern art deco vibe I have put together for the space. I’ve also purchased vibrant wall lights for my hallway and can’t wait till they are fitted to complete my newly decorated hallway . As always 100 percent happy customer”

“I got another couple of the Scon rechargeable, the best wireless lighting on the market. This time a couple of the wee scons in a rich shiny copper colour. They look glorious on our winter dining table (in front of the fire). We have started using them instead of candles as the light is better for food but still quiet and subtle. They last for ages without being recharged. But charging is not a problem they just get plugged in during day light hours. They look so lovely with the house dressed up for Christmas too!”
