“Delighted with my mini elbow rechargeable wall lights. Solid and sturdy. Very easy to fix to the wall. I would say though if, like me, you like to leave your lamps on almost all the time, you will need a 2nd set of bulbs!”

“We are delighted with the lampshades we bought. They are very well made and the linen shade is of good quality. This was our first purchase from Pooky but it won't be our last. Delivery was excellent. No damages and the shades were very well packed. Thank you Pooky for an excellent service.”

“Ordered a lovely lamp base from Pooky. It arrived and on opening the lamp was broken at the top..not packed well enough. I contacted Pooky and sent an email and photos as requested. They gave me a very prompt refund and dealt with the situation well. I did not want to risk a replacement. A shame that the packaging is not good enough to protect in transit. Customer service were very helpful.”

“I've had several dalings with Pooky recently, in a desperate search for replacement lampshades. Not Pooky's fault that the search failed - every order was swiftly despached and safely packed, and my sadly frequent returns were quickly dealt with. A charming company to deal with.”

“Lamps and shades delivered speedily and well packed. The items were excellent and true to description but did not fit with our requirements.
