“The lamps are absolutely fabulous, there is no doubt in that! However, the customer service we received in your Chelsea showroom was appalling. We had to ask multiple times for help, with salespeople who didn’t even look up when you walked to the desk. They offered little to no help, and then when we had decided on a lamp, they then said we couldn’t use a gift card in store. Instead of helping us order it online in store together, they said “why not just go to a coffee shop or elsewhere and just order a lamp on our phones!”. We left the store unhappy and having spent nothing, which seems an odd thing to let a customer to do.”

“I ordered an empire lampshade in flashman squiggles. It's gorgeous, both sophisticated and quirky. The light from it is sufficiently bright and also warm. It arrived promptly and safely. I struggled to utilise my Pooky perks online when ordering but fortunately the personnel at Pooky were really kind and helpful and manually uploaded my perks to the order.”

“We have been buying gorgeous Pooky lighting over the last 5 years for multiple family places. The quality is stunning. The styles incredibly chic or classical. Whatever your taste they have the most wonderful lighting. Pooky lights turn a space from average to luxury and utterly chic. I am also addicted to their brilliant rechargeable range. Suddenly you have private club style ambience throughout your home and dining areas. The service is incredible. The customer support team cannot help enough to answer any queries. Everything works!
