“I was so excited when I placed my first Pooky order for a rechargeable lamp that I made a mistake on my delivery address! Contacted customer services the next day and they immediately sorted that out. A few days later the parcel arrived and I am so so thrilled with the Ernest lamp that I have just ordered another one! Fabulous product and just as importantly fabulous customer service !”

“Had 2 Lisboa pendant shades from them last year and love them, unfortunately whilst cleaning them recently one got broken. Ordered a replacement which was out of stock but they let us know quickly when they had them and order was delivered within a few days. Excellent service and great quality”

“I originally ordered two 25 cms empire shades in ikat berrie and one in ikat teal. They arrived very promptly and I found the ordering service very efficient, in fact I loved them so much I ordered a further two smaller Lolita lamp bases for the the shades I had previously ordered and a further two larger teal ikat heraldic shades. These are a perfect match for my bedroom and I am so pleased with my purchase.”
