“I love the Pooky concept and it has a fabulous selection of lighting, accessories and mirrors. I recently purchased the Orb chandelier. It arrived and my electrician spent 3 hours preparing it for hanging. When he tested it he found that the earth was faulty so it couldn't be installed. When I rang to complain I asked to be reimbursed for the labour costs to date. I was told that the electrician should have product tested the light before adapting. I have been offered a 10% reduction which I reluctantly accepted as I didn't feel it reflected the disappointment and frustration for myself and the electrician. I was thinking off buying a convex light but am now looking elsewhere.”

“I have been using Pooky for all my lighting needs for 2 years now and I can't speak highly enough about them. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate and the choice of products and accessories is extensive. Their customer service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, i would highly recommend them to anyone .”

“Love the lamp and lampshade. As always excellent quality; the emerald stucco lamp and gathered lampshade in orange is a perfect addition to light up my dark hallway. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit but Pooky have been so helpful in managing the return and sending a replacement.”
