“Excellent service. I had a problem with my order and my email was answered promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Delighted with my rechargeable lamp and shade. Gives a warming glow to what was a darker area of my kitchen.”

“After getting confused over fittings my order was cancelled and the money was refunded straight away. Then bought a lovely rattan lampshade. Quick delivery and good product; would recommend.”

“I love the Pooky concept and it has a fabulous selection of lighting, accessories and mirrors. I recently purchased the Orb chandelier. It arrived and my electrician spent 3 hours preparing it for hanging. When he tested it he found that the earth was faulty so it couldn't be installed. When I rang to complain I asked to be reimbursed for the labour costs to date. I was told that the electrician should have product tested the light before adapting. I have been offered a 10% reduction which I reluctantly accepted as I didn't feel it reflected the disappointment and frustration for myself and the electrician. I was thinking off buying a convex light but am now looking elsewhere.”
